SUMMARY:Memorial Wall Service
DESCRIPTION:Memorial Wall \nWe have a memorial wall\, situated on the side of the office building. These are names of people who have loved the donkeys in their life and their families wish to remember them in their death with a plaque at the Sanctuary. \nEveryone on the memorial wall receives an invitation once a year\, to a Blessing Service\, held by Revd Janice Chilton. The service is held outside by the memorial wall\, around mid-September at 7 pm. There are refreshments provided in the Visitor Centre afterwards. This event is INVITATION ONLY. \nMemorial plaques are made of gold Perspex with a black inlay and measure 6” x 4” (the size of a standard photograph)\, with 4 screw holes\, one in each corner. You may have up to 5 lines of text\, with no limit on the number of characters. \nPlease note: The more you write including punctuation\, the smaller the text will be and also the use of the word ‘and’ may be substituted for an ampersand (&)\, if there are too many characters. \nThe cost of placing a plaque on our memorial wall is a minimum donation of £100. This will be in perpetuity. You can email us for more information.

SUMMARY:Table Top and Jumble Sale
DESCRIPTION:Table Top sales are held in our large barn\, so no matter what the weather you will be dry in the winter and out of the sun in the summer.  Although there is no charge to enter the donkey sanctuary\, we do charge a 50 p entry fee for buyers\, to the table top sales.  There are numerous stalls\, selling quality used clothing\, books\, toys\, bric-a-brac\, household items and much more.  Great place to come and have a rummage\, and pick up a bargain. \nThe kitchen is always open\, and you can get hot food\, and hot and cold drinks.  Hot sausage sandwich is delicious. All at very reasonable prices. \nThe proceeds go towards the running of the Sanctuary. \nSellers \nTables are £8.00 for what we say is a single\, which is 8 feet long\, for a double\, 16 feet long\, we charge £15.  Payment is taken on the day\, but booking is required\, please call 01491 833938. \nSellers can set up from 10.00 am\, the barn opens to the car park\, so you can park quite close. \nBuyers \nOpen from 11 – 2 pm.  50p Entry fee.  Hot food available\, hot and cold drinks available.  Tombola is usually running\, and of course once you have finished looking round the Table Top sale\, you can go and visit the donkeys\, who are always happy to see visitors.
